Kelly Carbone

Practice Administrator for Rose Pediatrics, Kelly Carbone received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chadron State College in Nebraska majoring in Management and Marketing.  Kelly comes to Rose Pediatrics with 10 years’ experience in Healthcare Management having worked in a busy facility with 75 physicians, 75,000 unique patients, and approximately 300,000 annual patient visits!  While employed there, Kelly served as Assistant Operations Director as well as a Business Manager.  She was also the corporate operations trainer and helped develop curriculum and policies for staff and patients.  Kelly is pursuing her MBA in Organizational Management.

Kelly is committed to developing a culture of excellence at Rose Pediatrics.  Drawing on her passion and expertise in training, she is dedicated to providing ongoing training for all staff and believes education is an important key to success.  Using these strategies and various health management tools, she looks forward to serving your family and exceeding your expectations for your child’s healthcare needs.

Kelly is a Nebraska native, and is married and has two daughters.  Her husband, Mauricio, is a local Pastor and Kelly can often be found serving alongside her husband in activities such as helping the needy, and feeding the homeless.  Kelly and her family enjoy traveling and discovering new places such as Argentina; they also love exploring Colorado and camping in the mountains.  When Kelly gets the chance to slow down, she enjoys cooking, reading, and movies, but most of all Kelly enjoys relaxing with her family.
