Andrew Lieber

Received his undergraduate degree in neurosciences from the University of Florida, and his medical degree from the University of Miami, School of Medicine.  Dr. Lieber completed his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children’s Hospital, and also completed a year of allergy and asthma training at National Jewish Hospital in Denver, Colorado. After completing his residency, Dr. Lieber went to work for a large managed healthcare company; however after several years he knew he wanted something more personal.   He decided to open his own practice, and in 1998 Rose Pediatrics was born.  Dr. Lieber’s vision to create an intimate practice while delivering high quality healthcare has met with great success and in 2010, Rose Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch was launched.  Every provider is screened by Dr. Lieber to ensure compliance with his values.  Thus his motto “Our Family Caring for Your Family” is still going strong. Dr. Lieber has two wonderful daughters that keep him very busy.  He is a devoted father and never misses a school play or program and has volunteered in the classroom for years.   Dr. Lieber enjoys learning about new technology and is often the first person in the office with the latest gadget.  He enjoys traveling and visiting friends all over the United States.   Dr. Lieber believes in giving back to the medical community and can frequently be seen training new medical students at the office.

Jennifer Harr

After graduating from high school, Dr. Harr moved from the small town of Niwot, Colorado to Malibu, California and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Pepperdine University. She completed her medical degree as a Doctor of Osteopathy at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Harr completed her Pediatric Residency at the Children's Hospital Colorado in Denver. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Harr started her pediatric career in Brighton, CO, practicing there for 3 years. After getting married, she spent a year in Washington DC, where her husband was completing a surgical fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and she was working as a general pediatrician in Virginia. Dr. Harr is happy to be back in Colorado living near family and friends again! Dr. Harr is actively involved in the education of future pediatricians. Since her completion of residency, she has been involved as clinical faculty for Children’s Hospital Colorado and Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia mentoring 3rd and 4th year medical students. Dr. Harr is happily married and together with her husband enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, and skiing. As a pediatrician, she seeks to treat the whole patient, mind and body. She loves working with families and looks forward to working with yours. Dr. Harr is excited to join the team at Rose Pediatrics where it’s Our Family Caring for Your Family.

Jill Mason

Dr. Jill Mason received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Newman University, and she received her medical degree from the University of Kansas, School of Medicine. Dr. Mason completed her residency at the University of Kansas, Wesley Medical Center, and had the prestigious honor of being elected Chief Resident during her last year of residency.  She is board certified in pediatric and adolescent medicine.  In addition, Dr. Mason received the Dean’s Award for Clinical Teaching, and was also the recipient of the Kansas Newman Presidential Scholarship in recognition of her academic achievements and community service. After residency Dr. Mason moved to Hays, Kansas where she was one of four pediatricians serving western Kansas and eastern Colorado.  After gaining valuable experience in this high volume setting, she relocated to the Denver area in 2006 and joined Rose Pediatrics in 2010. Dr. Mason is a Kansas native and still cheers for the Kansas Jayhawks.  She is proud to say she was present when KU won the national championship in 2008. She enjoys playing and watching sports and has adapted well to our Colorado sports climate.  She is married and has one son. She enjoys spending time outdoors and loves traveling with her family.   In 2008 Dr. Mason traveled to Juarez, Mexico where she served on a medical mission team that provided medical care to infants and children.  Her experience in Mexico was deeply rewarding and she continues to seek an opportunity to return.

Brandon Ross

MD

Dr. Ross grew up in Westfield, Massachusetts and is the oldest of three boys. He decided he wanted to become a doctor to help heal sick children and keep them healthy after he was treated for leukemia as a teenager. He has always loved working with children and throughout his career has enjoyed working as a volunteer at Children’s Hospital and at camps for sick children. In 2005, he attended Harvard University where he graduated with his Bachelors’ Degree in Biochemical Sciences. It was also during college that he met his future wife, Lela. After college, he attended UCLA where he received his Medical Degree and his Masters of Public Health. He and his wife moved to Colorado in 2014 to complete his pediatric residency training at the University of Colorado / Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Ross loves his new home here in Colorado. He and Lela are now married and welcomed a son, Nathan, into their family last year. They have two cats, Amos and Josie, that are always getting into trouble around the house. In his free time, Dr. Ross likes spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors while hiking and camping, trying out new recipes, and watching the latest movies and TV shows.

Kellie Douglas

Kellie grew up near Nashville, Tennessee and remained there to attend Vanderbilt University where she received both her Bachelors of Science in Child Development and Masters of Science in Nursing in Pediatric Primary Care in 2013. After graduating, she moved to the Carolinas where she practiced for over 3 years as a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in outpatient private practice pediatrics. She moved to colorful Colorado in 2017 and is elated to join the Rose Pediatrics team. Building from her background in child development, she has a special interest in the growth and development of children and enjoys watching children learn and grow through the stages of childhood. Kellie loves pediatrics because it provides the opportunity to make personal, meaningful relationships with families. Aside from caring for children, Kellie’s passions include exploring the outdoors and the arts - primarily hiking, backpacking, reading, painting, and traveling. Since moving she has enjoyed exploring Denver and the surrounding beauty of the mountains with her family and relaxing with her cat, Pepper.

Bianca McClammy

Bianca grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. After high school she moved to Texas where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas in 2001. After returning to Colorado, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver. Bianca is a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is board certified in pediatric and adolescent primary care. After completing Graduate School, Bianca worked as an RN at Children’s Hospital in Colorado for two years. Desiring to expand her knowledge, she accepted a position at Denver Health Medical Center in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit where she worked for nine years.  Bianca also had the opportunity to be a Health Care Practitioner in Switzerland for 3 ski seasons, and enjoyed working with children from all over the world. Bianca is married and has two beautiful children, a young son and daughter. She lives in the mountains and loves spending time outside with her family. She still enjoys traveling, and stays active hiking and running, and snowboarding in the winter.

Teresa Kawalski

Teri hails from the great Northwoods of Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing she moved to Chicago, where she lived for nine years. She worked as a nurse in Neurosurgery, Neurology, & Endocrinology at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. In 2011 she received her Masters of Science in Nursing in Pediatric Primary Care from Rush University in Chicago. She then worked for five years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in a pediatric primary care office in Chicago before moving to sunny Colorado in 2016. When out of the office Teri likes to take advantage of the beautiful weather and sites that Colorado has to offer. She loves to hike, snowboard, bike, swim, figure skate and play tennis. She is an avid ‘Yogi ’ and even received a certificate to teach yoga and meditation in 2016 from Yogaview in Chicago. She also enjoys traveling; her most recent adventure took her to Greece and Istanbul. Teri is excited to join the team at Rose Pediatrics. PNP’s have advanced education in pediatric nursing and health care and they serve children and families in an extensive range of practice settings. Working with pediatricians and other health care providers, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners have been enhancing the health care of children for over forty years. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners serve as pediatric health care providers for well and ill children of all ages. Many parents choose a Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as their child's health care provider knowing they will receive individualized quality health care. Kelly Carbone

Practice Administrator for Rose Pediatrics, Kelly Carbone received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Chadron State College in Nebraska majoring in Management and Marketing.  Kelly comes to Rose Pediatrics with 10 years’ experience in Healthcare Management having worked in a busy facility with 75 physicians, 75,000 unique patients, and approximately 300,000 annual patient visits!  While employed there, Kelly served as Assistant Operations Director as well as a Business Manager.  She was also the corporate operations trainer and helped develop curriculum and policies for staff and patients.  Kelly is pursuing her MBA in Organizational Management. Kelly is committed to developing a culture of excellence at Rose Pediatrics.  Drawing on her passion and expertise in training, she is dedicated to providing ongoing training for all staff and believes education is an important key to success.  Using these strategies and various health management tools, she looks forward to serving your family and exceeding your expectations for your child’s healthcare needs. Kelly is a Nebraska native, and is married and has two daughters and one son.  Her husband, Mauricio, is a local Pastor and Kelly can often be found serving alongside her husband in activities such as helping the needy, and feeding the homeless.  Kelly and her family enjoy traveling and discovering new places such as Argentina; they also love exploring Colorado and camping in the mountains.  When Kelly gets the chance to slow down, she enjoys cooking, reading, and movies, but most of all Kelly enjoys relaxing with her family.
